How a build comes together

Dirt
to done.

  1. 01Plan and stake out

    The plan goes down on the lot first. Then stakes, string lines, and the dig with our own excavator.

  2. 02Pour

    Footings and slab go in level and square, the base everything else rests on.

  3. 03Frame

    Walls, plates, rafters and the ridge beam. The house takes its shape.

  4. 04Dry in

    Sheathing and roof go on so weather stays out and the inside work can start.

  5. 05Lights on

    Finishes, fixtures, final walkthrough, and the keys are yours.
